Essential prerequisites for installing the C.M.P. (Coded Marking Product)
C.M.P. (Coded Marking Products) are tools used to mark individuals and/or stolen goods during burglaries or attempted burglaries. The unique, invisible to the naked eye and odourless coded marking offered by INNOV SÉCURITÉ and SmartWater is used as evidence by the French courts. The use of this product (P.M.C.) by the judiciary imposes extreme rigour on INNOV SÉCURITÉ, SmartWater and alarm installers.
All orders and installations of INNOV SÉCURITÉ Coded Fog Generators or SmartWater stand-alone C.M.P. (Coded Marking Product) solutions must be carried out in accordance with the INNOV SÉCURITÉ SmartWater procedure.
Prerequisites :
Each installer must sign the "contract of confidence" which commits them to INNOV SÉCURITÉ:
- Train yourself and/or your technicians to install the SmartWater Coded Marking Product solution, by taking the free online training course available at: www.ProtectSmartWater.fr to validate your knowledge of the procedure for installing C.M.P. (Coded Marking Products).
- Register on the SmartWater INNOV SÉCURITÉ application, which enables the unique code installed to be registered in the SmartWater referencing system.
- Follow the installation and positioning instructions for the coded solution.
- Accurately record the customer's details on the INNOV SÉCURITÉ - SmartWater application.
- Send INNOV SÉCURITÉ the end customer's contact details for the PREMIUM Pack.
